I love this pan!

I admit I was scared giving up my non-stick for stainless steel. But by following the instructions using medium low heat, heat pan first then add oil, THEN add food, it has worked like a charm. I love my pan! Just wish I add bought the one with the lid too.

I purchased cookware at age 17 . My mom arranged for a salesman to come to the house and plug a stainless steel set of cookware. 40+ years later I decided to aquire All-Clad. I wanted the best quality American made cookware I could buy. Piece by piece I purchased roasting pans, a 3 quart cassolet, a tea kettle and 12" saute pan (with lid) etc. I then decided I needed to complete with the 10 piece set. I am loving my new acquisition , I love the even heating , the lower flame I use while cooking and the beautiful shine stainless steel offern. This cookware will be handed down to my daughter and her children . All Clad makes cooking exciting.

Nice Cooking Addition!

We bought the 12Qt to accommodate cooking pasta and making stocks. The stockpot really gets the job done and I’m glad we went with the triple ply given the overall weight of the pot. We own a 4Qt 5D stockpot and feel that these two stockpots make a great team.

We needed different (not all aluminum) pans that would work on our new induction range. There were many good reviews for the AllClad cookware and wanted to give them a try. So glad we decided to purchase the 10-piece set. They are as good as advertised, especially the ease in cleaning. We ordered an additional piece to complete the set: 12 inch saute pan with lid.
