Stainless steel heaven

I bought this pan about a month ago and have been experimenting with it on a variety of foods. I've done a couple of braises, chicken breasts and thighs (boneless and bone-in), and veggies including shiitake mushrooms, which tend to stick easily. I've read other reviews about the pan sticking. Yes. It will stick. Any stainless steel will. However, if you deglaze the pan with 1/2 cup or more of liquid (I've used water, chicken broth, heavy cream, and vinegar) almost everything that's stuck (the fond) will come off. I'm also religious about cleaning the pan and make sure to soak it in hot water before I start cleaning. I go through a lot of Barkeepers Friend, but my pan still looks as good as it did on Day 1.

I bought this 3 quart pot for daily use and couldn’t be more pleased. This is a solid well made pot. Cleaning is easy with regular dish detergent. Need to clean occasionally with barkeepers friend to remove light tarnish and restore original luster.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful set

Been using this set for a few weeks now, and this stuff is awesome. People talk about hard to clean. It’s not an issue. Let the pan cool, soak for a bit, and it cleans up pretty easy to look like new. They heat up really fast and don’t need much heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have been using the "CopperBottom" pans for as long as I have been cooking (45 + years.) never did like how the bottoms warped on them, really noticeable after we got a flat top electric range. Annoying to say the least. started with a 2 QT. sauce pan, steller performance from that had me looking at the 3 QT. sauce pan. the bottom stay nice and flat, everything cooks evenly and at lower temps. they do a great job and look really good doing it. if you don't have a 3 Qt. All-Clad sause pan think of some excuse to justify getting one. Soon, you will NOT regret your accuasion.

Great 12-Qt Stockpot

I bought this size pot to make Bone Broth. I have another 12-Qt by another leading brand that under performs by comparison. The disparity in costs between the All Clad pot and my other, however is notable. From a performance standpoint, the All Clad Stockpot appears to evenly distribute the heat, therefore there is slower reduction of the stock, resulting in a richer flavor of the both. I am also very happy with the look and feel of the pot.

I Love how quickly and evenly it heats.
But as far as eggs sliding around in the pan and not sticking, as in the advertisements, no.
Unless there is some kind of miracle oil I don't know about or the eggs are floating on oil, I haven;'t experienced this
