I have a few All-Clad items, including the 8 inch D3 pan. For a while I was frustrated with food sticking, then realized it was operator error and I wasn't waiting for the pan to get hot enough to become nonstick before cooking. Whoops! Since then, smooth sailing. My 4qt pan is the family meal workhorse, and the 8 inch fry pan gets plenty of love for my scrambled eggs.

I would never choose anything other than All-Clad.
I owned and enjoyed using a set for 25 years before switching from a gas stove to induction. Otherwise that set would have lasted forever. This new set works beautifully with induction and will clearly last a lifetime.

Sturdy set of cookware. Not the easiest to clean though and that beautiful shine goes away after a few uses. I find that a fair amount of oil is needed to cook items in the fry pans, as without it, there is some sticking to the pan. Glad to replace my old cookware with this environmentally safe set. Time will tell as to my opinion. Ive only had this cookware set for a couple weeks.

I have been using All-Clad for 30 years and plan to pass on my set to my kids, however, this new pan discolored after the first use and no amount of scrubbing will bring it back to that beautiful stainless color. Disappointing.

I love the All Clad 8 quart stock pot. I've recently used it to reduce a gallon of cider to a syrup to add to my apple pie for turbo charged apple flavor.
