Excellent quality, typical of All-Clad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with this 6 quart stock pot from All-Clad! I have been assembling a collection of many All-Clad items over the years and I am excited to add this item to my shelves. The finish and workmanship of the stock pot is instantly apparent as soon as you open the box. As I have come to expect from All-Clad, this is another great example of their quality products made here in the USA. At the time of this review I have only done a batch of pasta, however the performance is great. Heats up quickly, but evenly. Handles stay cool enough to lift off the stove. The lid fits perfectly, so it keeps the contents warm. Clean up was easy, and it still looks brand new. Over all I am quite happy with this item, and I look forward to many years of use.

Lighter than one expects but cooks to perfection. Distributes heat evenly and doesn't disappoint. Quickly heats up on a gas stove. Solid construction and worth its weight in gold.
I'll never go back to lesser quality cookware since using the D3 All Clad.

Cookware perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This All-Clad 6-Quart Stockpot is Outstanding! It's deep enough to make my homemade chicken stock and soup. It has a wide base perfect for sauteing, browning, braising, and frying. This stockpot cooks just as well, but is about half the weight of my nice cast iron dutch oven. The lid fits tightly, It heats up quickly, and it evenly distributes heat. Cooking with it is a dream. I ended up using this All-Clad 6-Quart Stockpot much more frequently than my cast iron dutch oven. I'm very happy with this stockpot. It's beautiful, very sturdily constructed, and is easy to clean. Its amazing performance will ensure it becomes a treasured family heirloom. It's a very worthwhile investment. I want to replace all my cookware with All-Clad cookware! I highly recommend adding All-Clad to your cooking arsenal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love the All-Clad 6-Qt Stainless Steel Stockpot! It is a beautiful-looking pot with a heavy-duty bottom. It is very well made and distributes the heat/temperature evenly across the bottom. It includes a stainless steel lid that fits nicely and the two stainless steel handles are riveted to the pot securely. The post can go from the stovetop burner to the oven safely up to 600 degrees! We use it to seer pork loins and make pasta and soups and it works great! It is also easily cleaned with a soapy sponge/scrubber or just put it in the dishwasher. You will love this pot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect addition to any cookwear set you may own. I have several All Clad pieces and can not say enough good things about the quality of the pieces. This stockpot is the perfect size for just about everything. The first thing I made using it was a one pot lasagna dinner. Everything cooked evenly and thoroughly. That really is the best thing about it. There are no spots that cook faster or slower than any other. I was even able to put the pot in the oven for the last few minutes to melt the cheese topping. It was perfect. It cleans nicely with just warm soapy water. I strongly recommend this to any level of cook. It would also make a very nice gift especially for a shower or wedding.

Very heavy duty

Has become my favorite pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all have our favorite skillet and pot in the kitchen, this one has become mine. It is a great size and the stainless steel cleans up easy (and I don't have to worry about stirring with a metal spoon or fork.
I've been making a lot of soups and sauce heavy dishes in this, but I think I'll try doing some braising in the near future.
