It turned into copper color after a few use. Just don’t know why. Normal uses, heated the pan with oil then fry food….cleaning with normal dish detergent

Hello Wkch, Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to learn you are experiencing difficulties cleaning your pan. Some stains and food remnants may take more care to remove. For the brownish mark you have experienced, we recommend using a nonabrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, like All-Clad cookware cleaner, Bar Keeper's Friend, or Bon Ami. When using these cleaners, form a paste with a small amount of water. Apply the paste using a soft cloth or sponge, rubbing in a circular motion. Then, rinse with warm water and dry immediately. This cleaning method should eliminate the discoloration on your pan. If you would like further assistance with this issue, please feel free to contact our customer service team directly through our website at https://www.all-clad.com/contact or by phone at 1-800-255-2523. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope this helps!
I love thos set. Im previously bought 2 other pans about 1 yr ago. And decided to swapp out all my old pans for this set. Theyre pretty cook evenly and really easier to clean than i ever thought they would be. I highly recommend these. Even my 9 yo gdaughter that they were pretty.lol
Apparently you have to be Emeril to know how to use these. Everything sticks to these -- whether cooking with butter, oil, low heat, high heat, etc...
Also, the handles are the most non-ergonomic design possible -- formed steel with sharp edges that dig into your hands. Try handling the large saucepan full of water or whatever...my wife can barely lift or empty it.
There's plenty of other cookware out there for a lot less $$ that more than gets the job done.

Hello ratamq1, Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. Your feedback and satisfaction are very important to us. We are also very sorry to learn that you are experiencing some difficulties with food sticking to your cookware. To prevent foods from sticking to your stainless steel cookware, we recommend cooking on a medium to low heat setting. Allow your pan to fully preheat before adding foods. Additionally, we would recommend cooking with a form of fat such as butter or oil. Be sure to use enough fat to cover the entire cooking surface of your vessel. If you would like further assistance with this issue, please contact our customer service team directly through our website at https://www.all-clad.com/contact or by phone at 1-800-255-2523. We will also present your feedback to our team for future product developments. We sincerely apologize for your experience, and we hope this helps!
Wonderful addition to any cookware! For years I went nonstick but stainless is SO much healthier! If one follows directions for stainless steel it CAN be nonstick!!
