As a retired couple, I LOVE this saute pan for making one-dish meals (such as goulash!) that last for 2 meals, as well as cooking up two meals' worth of chicken for us. I have quite a few pieces of D3 and have used All-Clad for about 40 years, and assure everyone that using lower heat is the secret to cooking everything, except boiling water for pasta. The older I get the more I appreciate that this product does not leach into our food! My All-Clad will be handed down one day!

We love this pan for several reasons: it allows us to make recipes we couldn't otherwise handle, it cleans up well even after 30 yrs, and it is perfect for our induction electric and our professional gas stoves.
