Allow your pan to fully preheat before adding foods. Additionally, we would recommend cooking with a form of fat such as butter or oil. Be sure to use enough fat to cover the entire cooking surface of your vessel.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that this set does not come with a lid to the frying pan and when I enquired about purchasing one I was told they are not sold separately. A disappointment. I am very happy with the quality.

It’s a nice pot, typical great quality from
All-Clad, however, it’s very small for a 6 qt pot. In fact, it barely holds 5 quarts. I needed to replace a 6 qt pot as I handed mine down to my daughter, and this one just isn’t big enough for me. I returned it.
