We would be happy to assist you further and improve your cooking experience. To prevent foods from sticking to your stainless steel cookware, we recommend cooking on a medium to low heat setting. Allow your pan to fully preheat before adding foods. Additionally, we would recommend cooking with a form of fat such as butter or oil. Be sure to use enough fat to cover the entire cooking surface of your vessel.
