Hello! We are very sorry to learn about your experience with your cookware! We do understand your concern. Please be advised when cooking with Stainless Steel some food remnants and stains may take more care to remove.
After your cookware has cooled and is ready to clean, rinse off any excess food with warm water, soak your pan in warm, soapy water and use a sponge or soft cloth. Rinse your pan with warm water. For tough to clean spots or marks, like burnt fat, protein shadows, and charred food, clean with a nonabrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, like All-Clad Cookware Clean, Bar Keeper's Friend, or Bon Ami. Form a paste with the cookware cleanser and a small amount of water. Apply the paste onto the cookware and use a sponge or dishcloth to rub in a circular motion. Repeat this process as needed.

It is a good sauté pen, but not that good for boiling water, or cooking anything heavy. The pot is too heavy to be lifted using one handle. This pot should have two handles. The pot does not have a “lip”, so when pouring liquid out, it gets messy. The handle is too small and gets very hot. I would not buy this pot again.
