This set was bought due to the purchase of an induction range. While I thought changing from non-stick Calphalon to stainless steel would be a challenge, the videos provided made for an easy transition. Cleanup is so much easier. The only reason for missing that perfect rating is the lack of lids for the fry pans. At this price point it sure seems like they could have been included.

I tried frying burgers and it was horrific trying to clean the inside of this pan!! I will only use for making casseroles and other meals that don’t need just frying. I will return to Non stick for all frying!

I wanted to upgrade my existing set and all the research indicated that AllClad was the choice. I’ve used a couple of the pots and have found cleaning to be a bear after sautéing chicken and it’s not perfectly clean after cribbing with Barkeepers Friend.
The other pot immediately developed a rainbow stain I followed the cleaning instructions and used vinegar but the stain persists.
I never expected the pots to remain pristine, but two of them did not fare well after initial use. In fairness, they do cook things evenly.
