I have a new favorite!
I purchased the 10 inch D3 Stainless 3ply Fry Pan last week. I had no idea how much difference professional level cookware could make.
It heats up fast, cooks evenly and cleans up nicely.

We really enjoy cooking with this set. During a time when everyone’s becoming increasingly afraid of Teflon or similarly plastic coated pans, these are superior quality and are nonstick when properly heated. I definitely recommend them.

The pots & pans look beautiful. However, I’m very surprised how difficult they are to clean. After one use, I soaked and cleaned with warm soapy water, and scrubbed with AllClad cleaner but still couldn’t make it clean. I finally scrubbed it with Barkeepers Friend to get it done. Not sure if these are the same quality materials as my daughter’s that she used for years & cleaned with ease. I’m disappointed & will go back to nonstick. I wish I hadn’t spent the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
