Pros: of this fry pan are I cooked grilled sandwiches and vegetables to my satisfaction. I have even put water in the pan, placed frozen food in their storage containers, and turned on the burners to medium heat to defrost the contents enough to be able remove from the containers.
Cons: stains seem to stay on the pan despite using Bar Keepers Friend and a non scratching pad.

This is a wonderful set of cookware. When used and cared for properly, it outperforms anything I've used in the past. If your currently using Farberware or Revereware stainless, this will definitely up your cooking game!
In addition to the set, I ordered a couple non-stick skillets which also oerform well.
