SLEEK and PRACTICAL! I burned the pan and can't get it clean after only one use. Still 5 stars because this is a problem I caused. The set is wonderful, once you learn how to use the material. Feel free to send me a new pan :) I've learned how to use it now
This fits the large burner on our induction cooktop perfectly and is exactly the size that I wanted for large batches of soups and stews, as well as jam and jelly making. Just made my first batch of jelly and it worked beautifully. It held a double batch with plenty of room to spare, and no scalding on the bottom of the pot. I don't have an induction compatible canner and it doubled well for this purpose. Very pleased with this pot's performance, With the cooler weather coming and winter just around the corner it will be getting lots of use.
I bought this saucepan to replace an older 1qt saucepan I use for sauces and chai. However, this pan was terrible with pouring things out of it because of the no-lip design. It seems sturdy but failed the one purpose I bought it for, which is why I returned it. I see this as a design flaw.
