Great size

I have been replacing my original wedding shower pans, received over 35 years ago, with All-Clad pans. The 3 qt is my latest addition-actually purchased 2 of this size because it is such a useful utilitarian size for veggies, sauces, small amounts of pasta or rice. Like all of their kind, they clean up beautifully. Nice heft-Ni flimsy materials! Very pleased!

Nice stock pot

I got this as a gift about a month ago. One of my disappointments is that the handles on the lid as well as the pot get very hot requiring a pot holder to lift the lid. I have an induction stove so the pan heats up very rapidly. I did notice some hot spots on the bottom of the pan, I think the 5 ply option would eliminate this issue

This pan is as great as any other All-Clad I own. That is to say, “Perfect”. The deep sides, even cooking temperature, and easy clean up can’t be beat. All-Clad may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for squared.

Stainless Tri-ply 8 Quart Stock Pot

Have used this pot a few times since I got it about one month ago and I'm very pleased. Lid fits tightly. Both the pot and the lid have a beautiful mirror finish. It heats up quicker and more evenly than my old aluminum clad pot.

So Easy to Clean!

I’ve been using this set for the past few weeks and REALLY like how it cleans so easily. After soaking the pans in very warm water for ten minutes, stuck food just slides out so easily with a sponge and dish detergent. The recommended cleanser EASILY cleans Burnt messes and heat (blueish) stains.
I find that using enough oil and keeping a medium heat cooks evenly and fairly quickly. Water seems to boil rapidly.
I am so pleased that i bought this American made set; I expect it to outlive me!

I admit I was scared giving up my non-stick for stainless steel. But by following the instructions using medium low heat, heat pan first then add oil, THEN add food, it has worked like a charm. I love my pan! Just wish I add bought the one with the lid too.
