Even Heating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is impressive. I have owned other brands that claim fast heating due to a special bottom, but none have every given me such even heating. It is so nice not to have to constantly stir onions to get them to fry evenly. I understand why they offer a lifetime guarantee--this is a high quality pan. The handle did not heat up on me. The 12' pan is too large for my over the counter cabinets, but fit fine in my corner cabinet as well as the dishwasher. The instructions warn that washing in the dishwasher can add spotting to the finish, but the pan was a bit large for me to wash in my small sink, so I put it in the dishwasher. The staining was minor and was limited to the inside of the pan. I also thought the pan was hard to balance when filled with water (I have arthritis and a weak grip), but I do not plan on making sauces in it. Over all, I am very pleased with this pan.

Excellent fry pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect size fry pan, I have used this to make different types of food. It heats up evenly, have not had any issues with food sticking and it's very easy to clean. I love this fry pan, It's well made and not too heavy.

Nice pan, but it spins

I bought this pan since it's perfect size for my needs. But now after one use to heat sweet corn for a meal the pan spins on my glass top range. It sat flat when I took it out of it's packaging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently bought the 10” and 12” fry pans to replace non-stick pans that had crapped out. Both are of excellent quality, heat evenly and provide an outstanding sear. Although there is sometimes more scrubbing involved during cleaning, a little elbow grease and barkeepers friend do the job easily.
