We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties with your cookware! We would certainly like to assist you with these issues. To prevent foods from sticking, we would recommend cooking on a medium to low heat setting. Be sure to use an ample amount of butter or oil that will cover the entire cooking surface of the pan. Lastly, only add foods once your pan is fully preheated.
When cleaning your cookware, we would recommend soaking it in warm soapy water and using a sponge or dishcloth. For harder to clean areas, we would recommend using a stainless steel cleaner such as the All-Clad Stainless Steel and Aluminum cleaner and polish or Bar Keepers Friend.

Great pan. It heated up faster than my old one. I thought my stove didn't work well until I got this pan. My only complaint is the solid lid means I have to lift to check on things. However it fits the pot beautifully and is easily cleaned.

I only just purchased so I can't speak for the longevity, but these are extremely high quality pans. The best I've owned. They heat evenly and seem very durable...it just cooks food how it should be cooked - things get beautifully browned and it makes me wonder what I was doing all those years with chemical-laden nonstick crap.
