I trust All Clad cookware and have used your products for years. I recently boght D3, 3-qt. saute pan and have used it twice. I love the even temperature as it cooks meats and sauces evenly. The reason for the 4 star review is the clean up. After cleaning the pan, I see a residue film that should have come off with a regular scrubbing pad. I don't want to risk using a stainless steel pad that may scratch or harm the pan, but a regular scouring pad does not clean it as well. Any advice?

It turned into copper color after a few use. Just don’t know why. Normal uses, heated the pan with oil then fry food….cleaning with normal dish detergent

For the brownish mark you have experienced, we recommend using a nonabrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, like All-Clad cookware cleaner, Bar Keeper's Friend, or Bon Ami. When using these cleaners, form a paste with a small amount of water. Apply the paste using a soft cloth or sponge, rubbing in a circular motion. Then, rinse with warm water and dry immediately. This cleaning method should eliminate the discoloration on your pan.
