We love this pan for several reasons: it allows us to make recipes we couldn't otherwise handle, it cleans up well even after 30 yrs, and it is perfect for our induction electric and our professional gas stoves.

I have had this for 20+ years and this is my favorite pan. I LOVE the size. Great for cooking in large quantities for family or for making extra for freezing. I use it all the time.

We were worried that this pan would be hard to clean, but cleaning up is very easy. The heat is evenly transferred, and even eggs are cooked perfectly. I gave it four stars only because a lid should be included with the pan.

Superb in almost every way. I feel like the handles could be made slightly more comfortable and ergonomic. Also, the handles on the lids could somehow be made to be less hot, possibly with less material connected to the disk minimizing the heat distribution. Besides that they are excellent.
