Received a package last week. I like a set a lot that what I need most 2qts sauce pot. Unfortunately, that piece has a quality issue which Is rocking lid. I owned other all clad pots & pan that doesn’t have any issues so far. .
Pro : good price and quality with nice sturdy with good weight and well performing.
Con: seems to be missing a quality and details little bit in this set. 2qt sauce pot lid doesn’t fit the rim of pot that rocking on one side to other side. It is caused by unflatten lid. I reached out a customer service who was responded in 24 hours for address issue. That pan set was shipped to them few days ago. Waiting for resolve the issue.

Couldn't decide between Hex Clad, Made-In or All-Clad. I'm very happy with all of the All-Clad purchases I've made the past year. These are the best pans/pots I've ever used.

D3 7-piece is awesome.

Awesome set and great value. I used it immediately.
I've enjoyed the skillet for making eggs, chicken breast and have enjoyed
making both. In the sauté' pan I seared and made three one inch thick NY strip steaks
by finishing in the over for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. In the 6-quart I made lentil soup
by caramelizing my onions. Not much has changed since my first D3 piece from 10 years ago. Still awesome.

This is a beautiful pot that is perfect for creating soups, stews, bots of beans, 1 lb of pasta, etc. for a family of 2-5. It is not too heavy and heats evenly. It is costly, but should last a lifetime.

Good except rocking lid

Received a package couple days ago. like a set a lot except couple quality issues.
Pro: like pot & pan size set that doesn’t duplicate from owned few 3 ply universal pan, multi pot , mini pots, insert steamer, roasting pan, non stick fry pans already. so far doesn’t have any issues from previous purchasing. They are performing good when makes a big pot of bone broth with a good weighted lid and heating in fairly good time & roasting meats in a good constructed roasting pan.
Con: seems to be missing a high quality and details little bit in this set. 2qt sauce pot lid doesn’t fit the rim of pot that rocking on one side to other side. It maybe cause by uneven height or shape of rim pot or lid. Others, observed very small discoloration spot of the edge of pot & pan lids. It should be snuggl fit on it instead of rocking that bothers me little.

Great Pan - Satisfied
on January 6, 2023

from Irrelevent.
I've had an 8" pan for 2 years, and a 10" pan for 1 year.
I have no complaints at all.
I am careful about what sponges I use to clean it with.
I use scotch-brite BLUE sponges (not the green), and it cleans the pan fine with no issues, and no scratches.
I'm not going to say food doesn't stick, but I have a few tricks that allow me to get it clean with minimal issues, several tips from this websites cleaning recommendations.
I had issues with scrambled eggs sticking terribly, but that was my fault.
Premix your yokes/egg whites in a separate bowl.
Butter in the pan, drop your pre-mixed eggs into the melted butter.
Keep pan on medium heat (I have a glass stove top).
When you see the edge of the egg being cooked, pull the cooked egg into the middle of the pan (two strokes of the spurdle).
Wait a little bit more for more to be cooked, and then wait, and by then most egg should be cooked, and move the uncooked to the pan until complete. It keeps the pan soooooo much cleaner, might stick in a small spot or 2, but cooking that way helped me ALOT.
Sometimes meat will stick, like sausage patties for example, but right after I remove the meat from the pan, even if it looks stuck, I run the pan under cold water and "swoosh" the water around, and due to the heat differential and the bubbles from the heat it will oftentimes pull any burnt residue off the bottom of the pan. If you let it dry, it is a BEAR to remove.
Anyway Good luck!
