We have several other D3 pots and pans that we love, but the first time we've tried using the 12 qt it did not even get warm. We did the magnet test after, and while it will stick to the sides it absolutely will not sick to the bottom. Now we have a very expensive stock pot that we cannot use

Love how sturdy the cookware is. I am still learning to use lower temperature to cook with. Start lower then turn up higher. I am truly glad I purchased them.

Thickness of D3 and D5

I love both D3 and D5. Literature says both are the same thickness, but I measured and the D5 is definitely thicker.

Worth the wait

I could not get this little guy. It is always sold out. Then one day i got an alert it was in stock. When i checked out it said i missed it and I was so disappointed but I was one of the lucky ones and it actually came. When I opened the box I yelped in joy. I finally got the final piece to my collection. This is one of my work horses. Highly recommend.

Very nice for sauces like spaghetti. Start the pan on low heat and then only increase heat to medium high that way things won’t burn. Really like the pan.

3 stars for now because they're still relatively new. Also, there was a shipping error and was sent the wrong set, so i had to wait another 2 weeks to get what i ordered. So 5 weeks total pretty much. Which was disappointing. BUT customer service was nice and understood my impatience. So i appreciated that. Long story short, I do like my pan set! I need to completely learn how to properly clean and care for them though. Theyre beautiful.
