These pans came highly recommended by our daughter who has used them for 12+ years. She suggested we see her use of these as a "12-year case study." Clever young lady--takes after her mom.
In the weeks we have owned these, they have proven quite useful and we are looking forward to a lifetime of use--for however that may now be. I am impressed with the solid construction, the weight (some heft but not "heavy"). The clean up is never difficult and I assume some of this will get better with long-term use and care. Wish we had purchased these 40+ years ago when we first married.

12 quart stock pot is just the right size, not too big but easily handled when making soups or broth etc. and it affords the ability to add more if you need to, those times you under estimate ingredients you’re adding running out of room or too full.

I do not write reviews, but I just feel I have to with this one. This cookware is very easy to clean no matter how long or how much a person cooks. These are the only pans I uses since I purchase them. I LOVE them.

Pans don’t feel like nonstick? I bought these specifically because I read amazing reviews about their durability and nonstick attribute. Cooking even the simplest of eggs with an excessive amount of olive oil still has the eggs sticking to the pan. Not only that, it’s incredibly hard to wash off. I have to scrub even directly after cooking. Is my order defunct?
