I bought this pan at the same time as the dremeyere Atlantis and have used both now several times apiece. The Atlantis pan is 3x the price and only marginally better. I’ll be buying the all clad from here on out!
Hello, I was wondering if the composition of the pans has changed. They feel lighter and cheaper than our first set, which we purchased 25 years ago. Can you provide any insight on if the materials and or construction techniques have changed?
Bought this to replace an old All-Clad non-stick version from 15 years ago. Was slightly concerned about food sticking, but as it turns out it cooks great and cleans up easy. I really like that I can get a high heat sear on meats with this pan. Overall, the D3 line is living up to the quality and performance I expected.
It’s very hard to cook food without it sticking to the pan, regardless of how much oil or lower temps. Went without non-stick because the coating breaks down and don’t want to be eating it! So, it’s quite frustrating!!
I have been waiting to replace all of my nonstick pots and pans with stainless steel. No regrets on this great investment and I’m never turning back. My welder husband even approves on the craftsmanship of your products! Thank you.
