Love the set! The handles make it easy to take in and out of the ovens and the quality of the baked results roasting results broiling results and air frying results are terrific! Potatoes, asparagus, brussels sprouts tri-tip everything has turned out delicious!
I would recommend this to a friend!

For best results, allow the pan to cool before washing, then use warm soapy water and a soft sponge. For stubborn residue, soak the pan briefly or use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner, following the product directions. Avoid steel wool or harsh abrasives, as they may scratch the finish.

Excellent heavy sheet pan for an empty nest kitchen chen

I have had this pan about six months. It is a useful size to roast veggies for two people. Heavy duty and cleans up easily. This has a handle on only one side so sometimes balancing it is awkward due to the weight. Also, if you plan to remove the pan and rotate during roasting, you need to think where you want the handle. I also use a small older (possibly 10 years old?) all clad jelly roll pan version with no handles. I feel the long side handle is useful, but not a must have freature. The real advantage of this pan is the one time purchase feel of a heavy durable pan in a manageble small size that cooks evenly, and just plain works.
