After having broken the dual fuel generator purchased in on gasoline I have converted to propane for everyday use. It runs about 6 to 7 hours a day, and usually gets an oil change at an extended interval, I run only full synthetic oil. Also the “fuel sense” feature is a life saver, as with other brands the do not allow for running on both fuels simultaneously. The auto switchover allows for easy switching of propane cylinders even when the unit is operating on gasoline. I also run only ethanol free fuel in the unit to limit the possible corrosion of carburetor and other aluminum components.
