Was looking for an easy to clean deep fryer.
This one is perfect & fries everything perfectly. Most of my small appliances are Cuisinart now. As they always work as advertised!

Only used once so far but worked great. Heated up past required temp a little to help maintain temp after adding food and performed as expected.

I must say that I have used this appliance only two or three times. For the most part, it performed as I expected. It is rather compact, light-weight and reaches the desired temperature in a reasonable amount of time. We have had to go through the "reset" procedure each time we have used it and found that to be a tad annoying. Maybe it is something that we are doing wrong and will be more attentive in the future when using the appliance. We have several Cuisinart appliances and none are "quirky" like this one.

This is a great fryer. I had to replace my deep fryer and purchased this one. This one is wider and not deep like my other one and because this one is wider it cooks more evenly and much better. I love this fryer. It is very easy to clean and much easier to pour the oil out than my other one. I definitely recommend this product!!!!! I have many Cuisinart products and am happy with every one of them.

I bought this for my husband to replace on old one that was given to him. It's now called his wing machine. That's the main reason I bought it. We do A LOT of wings. It fries them perfectly.
