Sounds weird but works

Nice design, looks good and I like the tools/attachments. When it’s running, it sounds scratchy or kind of rough, not a smooth hum. Hoping it doesn’t mean it’s more or less DOA.

Good suction but…

I like that the suction is good but I do find the on off button on the stick hard to turn on … I have to use both hands to get the lever to move into on position …it is also very loud compared to previous stick models I owned. Have decided to keep due to good suction .

Extended warranty
on January 18, 2025

Is an extended warranty available and what are the terms and cost?
Are replacement batteries available and what is the battery product number and costs?
Is there a separate warranty extension beyond a year for the battery only?

Love the size and how quiet this vacuum is. I cannot wait to use it for my home. We use these in my church and they're spectacular at keeping our sanctuary clean

I like how the body of the vacuum moves towards the direction you head it to.

Yes, I have recommended it to friends. And I love the two speeds. It goes from floor to carpet . Cleans both great!
