Love the cutting blade for hairs wrapped around the brush. Everything is great except I am used to the handheld to be mounted on the front of the stick and feel I prefer this. Will have to see how I feel about it being on the back. Time will tell.

Had the product for less than 3 months. Used for my home and a few other rentals. The plastic seems cheap. Small cracks on grey plastic of motorized nozzle and the hing piece snapped right in half, already broke? Is this a common issue or did I just get unlucky? I tried superglue to save the hassle of returning through mail but I don't think that's going to cut it.

Nice strong vacuum

The vacuum works great. It has surprisingly strong suction. It's nice and light, easy to pick up. It also has great led lights on the front of the floor piece. It's amazing the things you can see that you could never see before. My only issue is the way you have to empty the canister. You have to open it and take the filter out in order to completely empty it and that can get messy. Your hands will prob touch dirt. That's why it only gets 4 stars. Although the attachments are nice and so is the stand. Over all I really like it and hopefully it lasts many years past the warranty.

It is so lightweight and easy to maneuver. My husband and I are both seniors. We use to dread vacuuming. We don’t mind vacuuming anymore. Wish we would’ve bought one a long time ago.
