With all the other reviews,I feel like got a lemon or something! It doesn't cut,it doesn't slide....I hack it off just like I would with any knife! It is horrible! Now, I have only used Rada for 30 years...everything I ever had was great....the small butcher and paring and tomatoes are.....never mind I love them all....except this useless cheese thing!

I've had this knife for over 14 years and I use it for EVERYTHING. Fruit, veggies, meat, bread... Oh yeah and cheese! I've only had to sharpen it one time in all those years. It really has been life changing!

My husband lives by this cheese knife. It is the absolute best knife to cut collards or cabbage with as well. You best believe this is the knife he looks for first when wanting to get thin collards. Just like cheese, this knife doesn’t resist when cutting that bundle. You’ll be amazed!

Cutting cheese has never been so easy. I was very impressed with how slicing soft cheeses was. Normally they stick to the blade of the knife, so nice slices can’t be made, but this sliced velveeta nicely .

I have LOVED RADA products for over 20 years. We sold them as a fundraiser in high school and they are the only knives I use to this day (I own at least one of each kitchen product!). The prices are reasonable and quality is unmatched. I will continue to be a faithful customer.
