Don’t Waste Your Money

This cheese slicer does not cut straight. It cuts to the left. As suggested by the company in an earlier post a firmer wrist is not the answer. You shouldn’t have to use that much force. There are several much better cheese slices out there. Stay away from this one.
I do have several other Rada knives which are great. I thought this one would be also. Not!

Normally Rada makes good products but I found an exemption. This is a good knife but it doesn't cut straight. It cuts to the left. Tried it on hard cheese and sausage with the same results. I'm going back to my trusty wire cutters. My advise is to invest in a different style of cheese cutter.

The cheese knife we purchased, the carbon on the handle keeps rubbing off on our hands. We have a number of other Rada knives and don't have that problem.

I'm very disappointed with this knife. It doesn't cut straight downward. It runs to left making it very difficult to cut a uniform slice of cheese. Other than that it is a good knife.
