I love cheese. The sharper the better, but sometimes it's difficult to cut straight and even slices. I saw the Rada Cheese Knife online and thought I would give it a try. It is PERFECT! The blade is extremely sharp and the slightly offset handle makes cutting with it that much easier. I once thought that the Tomato Slicer was the best knife, but this one may change my mind.
