Came in a box, wasn't too hard to put together, a15 minute job. Looks well made, haven't used it yet but will soon.

Easy to assemble, very few parts to put on, only tool needed is a Phillips screwdriver. One
feature I like is the pressure washer motor stops when you release the handle on the spray wand. Turbo nozzle is a must have for easier cleaning.
