The unit was damaged in delivery, put down hard, bending one of the axle brackets. The exploded view used for assembly depicted the axle going through the inside of the bracket putting the cotter pin on the outside of the wheel. This is wrong. The axle inserts from the outside of the wheel with the cotter pin and washer on the inside of the bracket. The rest of the assembly was simple.
I have an old clunky gas power pressure washer. And it was time for a new one, but was concerned about an electric. This unit performs above and beyond my expectations. And better than my gas powered whenever did.
One wheel pin was miss drilled which made assembly annoying since the keeper had to be tapped in with a hammer. Quiet operation. Pressure at first is a bit explosive then settles down. Well organized. Gun holder is very nice. I can't speak for longevity, but so far I like it.
