I just got this pressure washer so I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it did arrive with a broken component. One of the two handle retainer buttons was broken off and had fallen down into the frame of the washer. The button retention/operating spring was broken. No big deal I just have to be careful as I move the washer around. Once I can determine that the washer works properly so I do not have to return it I can drill a hole through the other side of the handle and just use a nut, washer, bolt combination to safely secure the handle.
Only used once so far, but I can say that this pressure washer is well constructed and puts out consistent, high pressure. The additional nozzles help with jobs where versatility is needed.
I just received and assembled the unit and have yet to utilize it. The unit appears to be sturdy and well-built I'm sure I will be satisfied when I am able to put the unit to work.
