The first time I used the pressure washer it shut off and I could not get it to come back on, so unplugged the pressure washer for ten minutes and it came back on, I was able to finish one of my driveways and it work good. I called the factory and they said I should return the pressure washer. I hope this new pressure washer doesn't give me any problem's.
I tried to edit an earlier review to add pertinent info learned during initial uses, but there is no edit function so I am adding an addendum here. The washer itself is exactly what my wife wanted so far as power and noise levels are concerned. We are very happy with that. The soap instruction state emphatically to not allow soap to dry on the surface. The water hose is connected to the pressure washer, and there is no on/off for the soap dispenser. So you have to spray on soap, turn everything off, and before the soap dries, get a nozzle on your hose and spray the soap off before it dries, then start all over again in the next 10 ft. We just moved to putting the soap in a separate sprayer, which means the soap dispenser on the unit is pretty much useless. So, great washer that might as well have no soap dispenser. We still like it a lot, but an on/off valve for soap would make it much much better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice to have a manual lncluded which makes it easier to operate and maintain instead of going on line to look up things. Have not used this product yet as of this review.
I purchased this mainly for my wife to use. She doesn’t like the noise of gas pressure washers, and they can be more powerful than she likes on the tasks for which she uses one. The WPX2700e puts out plenty of power for her purposes, and has a decent range of nozzles available. Time will tell on how it holds up over time, but initial impressions on the build and assembly are good.
First time pressure washer owner. After first use I wonder how I got along without one all these years. Easy to use and really did a great job cleaning my patio.
