We have only had a week and used it once. I am pleased with the job it did on our patio.
It was easy to assemble, the use manual is clear and easy to understand. It seems sturdy but not too heavy and is easy to move around. The tips are easy to change and stay on.
The only negative for me is the size of the detergent tank. It is small and a little difficult to fill. I had to add cleaner 4 times on the small patio. Looking forward to receiving extra tips.

Easy to assemble and operate. I have used it for a few days, hours at a time, to strip paint off of a pool deck and it performs very well. Quiet operation.
