A little heavy but works very nicely. Moves around easily and has a lot of power for its size.

I bought this at Menards with the 12" surface cleaner and it did a great job on my side walk and drive way that had not been washed in years, it had some black mold on it.
Washer was able to remove all
I would recommend this to a friend!
