This unit arrived ON TIME and ON THE DESIGNATED DATE! Those two events are significant - as with many delivered orders from various businesses MAY or MAY NOT occur!! Great packaging - Great directions!!!

This power washer is light but has surprising power for an electric - easy to assemble and use. I've used it on my wood fence, vinyl siding, and concrete walkway / driveway - very happy with the performance!

Replaced a 20 year old gas powered pressure washer. Has at least 3 times the cleaning power and 4 times faster than the older machine. Light weight. Easy to move. I like that the motor only runs when spray is in use. Loud, but not nearly as much as others I've used. The old machine died in the middle of preparing my concrete driveway for resealing. I know this new machine would have saved me days of work if I had it sooner.
