Problems with unit on first try

I am hoping that this issue will be resolved by Customer service.
On my first use of the pressure washer on about the 3rd squeeze and release of the trigger it seems the unit sent a surge of pressure back to my hose silcock on the home and blew out the head off of the silcock.

Easy To Operate

I purchased July 2025 had owned a gas powered pressure washer in the past. I was concerned how an electric washer would compare with the gas. To my surprise the electric performed every bit as well as the gas without the hassle of having to mess around with the gas, oil and maintenance. The quick connect nozzles, the long length of the power cord and high pressure hose are a real plus making it easy to do a large area before having to move the unit. It is a nice unit for the money.

Good choice for home maintenance

This power washer was exactly what we needed to clean our brick patio and concrete walkways as well as the siding on the house. Very pleased with purchase!

Nice Pressure Washer

The pressure washer arrived yesterday. I have not used it yet so I can't say how well it works. I purchased it because I want to start washing my Motor Home, Camping Trailer and cars with it. My current gas powered pressure washer has too much pressure and I'm afraid I will damage the vehicles if I use it to wash. I was disappointed with the size of the Foam Cannon that came with the unit. It is small. Other than that, I'm happy so far with the pressure washer size and parts.

Preforms as advertised!

I purchased this unit to clean my driveway and sidewalks as they had more than 20 years of built up dirt and looked terrible. I was excited to begin the clean-up process and got right to work as soon as it arrived. It was packaged nicely and the instructions were easily understood. I was IMMEDIATELY OVERJOYED as I began spraying the driveway starting at the garage door and working my way 'downhill'. I could not be more pleased with the results regarding performance and ease of use... I also purchased a 12" Surface Cleaner which I eventually switched over to after testing the other nozzles. I was more than satisfied with the effectiveness of the surface cleaner as well... All-in-all I would definitely recommend this unit. It is small, light weight and powerful. - A good value for the price. I give it 5 STARS!

I would say for being electric this packs some power. I also love how light weight it is to move around. I just wish the actual hose was longer bc I have to move it often.
