Excellent product and great

Excellent product and great water quality.
Installation however was not as easy as explained by Waterdrop. I had to get a handyman with plumbing experience to install. Just hope replacing the filters would not pose a challenge.

Nice design, easy to install

Nice design, easy to install with good quality of materials. Pump might be a little noisy to some people however it doesn't run long so it is not too intrusive. Would have liked a mounting option for the UV on the back of the unit instead of just below the faucet so that it is before the mini tank to the fridge.

The unit was Very easy to install. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The performance of the system is adequate for our water needs. I like the TDS meter on the faucet so you can keep track of the water purity. Just installed it a few weeks ago so I have no comments on filter longevity yet.
