Doesn’t blend frozen ingredients

I really wanted to love this new product from Vitamix. We’ve had several personal blenders over the years and was in need of a new one. Sadly, the nano has not been great. Every morning, my husband and I make a smoothie before leaving the house. It is not easy to seal the lid on the cup and I have not been able to get my frozen banana or spinach to blend on the first time. We also use Daily Harvest frozen smoothies and they don’t blend the first time either. I’ve followed the recommendations of what order to add the ingredients and that doesn’t change the outcome.

Mighty power for small jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blender is a perfect size to make a Frappuccino for my afternoon coffee break. While it is easy to see where to line up the lid, it requires a strong grip to tighten it. I have to use a towel to help grip the unit. Ease of use is good. No worries about the contents exploding anywhere. It is loud but the noise is no louder than any other regular blender. The intuitive mode is helpful and blends things well without having to change the settings yourself.

Compact and strong blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vitamix Nano is a compact but powerful addition to my kitchen, and its robust yet quiet performance is notable. The settings allow for a “smart” blend, which is useful if you’re blending various textures and aren’t sure which power level to choose. Less than 10 seconds on medium power fully blended half frozen mangoes! The only difficulty I had was with the lid, which was hard to open and close. It required more grip strength than I had, and would’ve been hard to use without a helping hand or rubber gloves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all this blender is amazing. It’s super convenient and amazing for your juices. It comes with two cups and they both come with their tops. You can do your juices, put a top and take it whenever you want. The cleaning process it’s pretty good, you don’t have to do too much just a little soap and that’s it, no hard cleaning. Like any other blender all you have to do is plug it in and that’s it.

I have a full size Vitamix and I wanted something a little bit smaller and easier for me I bought the nano and was amazed at how perfect the blend was it's just like a big Vitamix, the only difficulty I did have was lining up the arrows before putting it on the mixer my motor skills are not that good at times. The blend came out perfect no lumps perfectly smooth no worries I personally would definitely buy another if I needed.
