[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Hamilton Beach Toaster 2 days ago, and very impressed with it! At first glance, looks very sleek with stainless steel exterior. Made toast with regular sliced bread, and it turned out great! Adjustable browning control dial is nice to select how brown you would like your item! The cancel auto shutoff button is a great feature also. The extra wide
slots make it easier to accommodate English muffins, Bagels, waffles and more! Holds the items your toasting firmly, and high lift feature does make it easier to reach smaller items. Easy slide out crumb tray is a breeze to clean out crumbs! No more shaking toaster upside down to remove crumbs! I'm very impressed with all features this toaster has to offer, and wipes clean with no effort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toasting time seems long. Crumb tray is in the back, so need to turn it around to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
