I purchased this dual ionic hairdryer based on research on babyliss Pro's websie as well as my own search for which hairdryer would be the best one for me. I was very disappointed in it,m because my hair looks damaged and has flyaways all over after usingit. I've tried both the ions on & ions off settings, and still going to try it with the concentrator nozzle, nonetheless I have already ordered a different hairdryer from babyliss hoping it will produce better results and hoping that I can return the dual ionic. I have had it for less than a week. Thank you.

Stopped working after 15 months

I liked it while it lasted. The heat element stopped working after 15 months! My hair dryer only blows cold air now. So disappointed for the price point on this dryer.

This blow dryer is amazing. It weighs less than one lb. Has three hear settings and three fan settings. I have extremely thick hair my hair was dry in 9 mins today I was shocked. I have had a lot of blow dryers and this by far is the best one.

Not for salon use?

Have had this dryer for just over a year I alternate between the standard nozel and the comb attachment. After about 6 months of daily usage the attachments fall right off the dryer mid blow dry. I have acquired a second set of the attachments and 6 months later I am having the same issue. With wear and tear and how hot the attachments get make this dryer pretty useless. I Was told this dryer would be a great salon tool but very disappointed as I can't use it to its full potential. magnetic attachments like the Wahl or Dyson would make more sense. I would have bought the Wahl but it does not have the comb feature which in theory is great for drying and smoothing roots from very wet.

It's so quiet and light, my hair went from towel dried to completely dry in under 20 minutes and it didn't make my arm sore like other hair dryers usually do!!! It's also so pretty and looks so cute on my vanity!!!!! I love it so so so much
