Ive smoked two racks of ribs, a tri-tip, and a chuck roast. I’ve only had this thing for a weekend. So far it has performed amazing. This may not be good for my waistline.

So I wasn't sure what to expect with this brand but it's absolutely solid, and the construction feels really sturdy, which totally surprised me, and it holds the temperature EXACTLY where I set it, so now I'm completely hooked and already planning to buy another one for my brother.

Auger sticks out of the box.

Can’t even complete the initial startup. The auger will not go more than a half turn without getting stuck.

Great for backyard bbq

This thing totally rocks for backyard BBQs. I've smoked ribs and a whole chicken on it already, and they came out SO good. The auto temp control is a lifesaver, honestly, makes it super easy to just set it and forget it. Would totally recommend for anyone wanting to get into smoking without a ton of fuss.
