Quite an Acceptable Little Vacuum
on August 6, 2026

I like it's lightweight and the fact that it works well on sand on both the indoor/outdoor carpet in my sunroom AND on the hard floors inside.. The others in the series were overkill for me as I don't have pets. I had a problem putting it together but found the solution online. They can have a small air pocket trapped that prevents the last step of plugging the cord with 2 prongs into the top piece you hold to vacuum. AI gave me different things to try to release the air pocket and the last one finally worked. The 4 stars instead of 5 are solely because my previous Kenmore canister was better quality for the tools- these are thinner and cheaper plastic.

New canister vacuum cleaner review
on July 27, 2026
Posted by: Mary J
It works well. I had a Kenmore Canister vacuum cleaner model 116.26312699, yes it was @ 20 yrs old. It was a great vacuum cleaner. All it needed was 2 new wands, but no parts available. All the accessories were compact in the unit. Much better design than the new one. I had to keep a couple of accessories from the old one that were not provided with the new one.

This Kenmore canister vacuum is every bit as good as a more expensive Miele canister.
