The carpet brush doesn’t have a reset button.

I was vacuuming the rug, and I think too much debris got stuck in the brush, so it stopped working. I tried to start it again, but it wouldn’t turn on. I think some kind of safety mechanism inside the motor was activated, and there was no reset button to restart it. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new brush.

The vacuum works nicely. The warranty form doesn't work properly. I purchased a 800 series Crossover Bagged Canister 21814 but this model doesn't appear in the product choice pull down menu

I have only used canister Kenmore vacuums. I like that it is slightly smaller than my last Kenmore and it suction is great
