I don’t like the head for the floor. It’s not wide enough. Also, it doesn’t stay locked flat. I tried to fill out the warranty in this form, you can’t find the model number so I just put down one. The cord retractor doesn’t work well. Sorry, just my opinion. I think overall, it does the job!?
