I love the ease of use of the carpet-to-hard-floor attachment. With 5 pets, this vacuum is a must.

I have been putting up with cheap horrible vacuum cleaners for years, my mother had one of these accept hers was the bigger more expensive version and that was amazing so I went ahead and ordered this one. I have a Siberian Husky a Great Pyrenees and they shed something unmerciful and this vacuum did not even skip a beat!! Thank you! It was hands down the best decision I have ever made in buying a vacuum cleaner!!

After using only one time, a piece in the beater head was bent and the belt broke. If this continues to be a problem the warranty will need to be used. I ordered a new belt, so we will see.

My previous canister vacuum cleaner was 25 yrs old before she gave up the ghost. I grew up with Kenmore appliances and have always been satisfied , now in my adult life. So glad I was able to purchase one online .
