Stiff hose

I owned a Kenner canaster since 1978.It finally gave out a month ago I bought this one and the hose is so stiff I almost sent it back. I will live with it but please make the hose a little softer

Picked Kenmore Canister for a reason !

Forever my favourite vacuum. My only dislike is that the hard floor attachment has changed and I feel like it doesn’t get into the corners the same way the old models did. I also wish the storage system within the vacuum was like the old models or the higher end models where there was always a spot to put my attachments. Overall still one of my favourites but the tweaks to the newer and “cheaper” models have made more work as a user of them.

Suction is perfect. Weight is great. Very easy to maneuver. Overall it is the perfect vacuum for us with our 2 dogs and 6 cats and allergies

This vaccuum has great suction and I love how you can adjust the height of the handle. But too much plastic.. when u open to access bag, it clicks and sounds like it's going to break but doesn't affect how it operates. Very happy with purchase!

I have bought kenmore vacuums for years - I prefer the canister models that work great on carpet as well as hardwood or LVT. Also use one at a store I own. Great vacuum!
