This vacuum has amazing power and so light. I have bought Kenmore products my entire married life; 55 years!

It has good suction and a nice color selection. Easy to maneuver and lightweight.
The only issue is the lowering g of the canister lid. It seems to snap hard. I didn’t find a release anywhere. Hopefully this won’t be a problem as it sounds like the plastic may break.

Just received. I only tried it the first day . Takes getting used to as I have always had an upright. So far so good.

3rd one

This is my 3rd one in 25 years. My last one had issues with the carpet powermate. It stopped working at 4 years. I don’t know if it was the wand or hose—I tried my old powermate and it didn’t work either. The hose and wand from my old one was a different type so I couldn’t try those. It was cheaper to buy a new one that getting the old one fixed. For it to break at 4 years—that’s why 4 stars. Otherwise I love the vacuum.

I really like the vaccum, I have another one here that has lasted 3 years because I'm very careful, I hope this one lasts a long time

Lite, picks up dirt in carpet and on tile, easy to clean and service, good ergonomics. The hose is a little stiff.
