[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I'm happy with this laptop. It's my first Lenovo and a nice upgrade from my last computer. I've noticed it heats up pretty quickly when playing games, which I do occasionally. The only issue I've had is occasionally hitting the trackpad while writing on Word, and it moves my cursor without my realizing it. Other than that, it's pretty quick, and the fingerprint reader works well for logging in and for passwords. There are ads for Lenovo and anti-virus software that pop up a lot - that's really annoying, but you can silence them; I'd like it if they just didn't show up at all, but I think all the laptops have that. Overall, I'd recommend it.
