[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Touchpad located too far left on on the laptop. Customer service costs an additional amount after purchase. Shipped without any signature required so it was left on my porch. Touchpad either not working properly or too sensitive. I tried adjusting the sensitivity but it isn't helping. This causes multiple "clicks" so you get things you don't want. Also opens things onscreen you never intended to open as you scroll across the screen. Backlit keys are very dim. I've buying laptops since the 1980's and I had higher hopes from Lenovo since it isn't my first Lenovo laptop. I would advise you go to a brick and mortar store to test many brands before buying.

I am tempted to clutter my computer, and my Lenovo has had no problem processing the deluge of tabs and programs that I subject it to. Consulting multiple documents at a time, I no longer need to keep a long checklist - my work remains open waiting for me. The optics are decent, though much better with the webcam. The haptics are responsive, though I have yet to purchase a stylus.
